Caribbean Football Co. (“CFC,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and store, hosted by Shopify. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, register for release alerts, shop or contact us.

Information we collect and use

We collect information you provide, including email addresses, mobile numbers, country or jersey interests, communication preferences and support messages. For purchases, we process order information such as names, delivery and billing details, purchased items and transaction information. Payment providers process payment credentials through checkout.

Shopify and our service providers may collect device and usage information, including IP addresses, browser details, cookies, pages viewed and interactions with the store. We use information to operate and improve the store, process and support purchases, remember preferences, respond to questions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Email and text alerts

We collect mobile numbers directly through signup forms and other interactions where you provide them. With your permission, we use your contact details and selected interests to send news about drops, upcoming jerseys, private releases and products that may return. Providing a number alone does not authorize promotional texts.

Contact information, interests and consent records are stored in Shopify and, where used, our communication providers’ systems. We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose this information to providers helping operate our messaging program and as required by law.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the email’s unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact klassick.barz@gmail.com. We may retain limited opt-out records to honor your choice. Necessary order or service communications may continue.

Sharing and Shopify

We disclose information to Shopify and service providers supporting hosting, payments, fulfillment, customer support, analytics, security and email or SMS delivery. They receive information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when you direct us, where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Cookies and choices

Cookies and similar technologies support store functions and, where enabled and permitted, measurement and personalization. Use available cookie controls or your browser settings to manage cookies. Applicable preference signals are handled through the store’s privacy settings.

Storage, retention and security

Information may be stored or processed outside your country by Shopify and service providers. Where required, international transfers rely on recognized safeguards. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order support, legal obligations, disputes and consent or suppression records.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to processing; or opt out of certain uses. Children, external sites and updates

The store and marketing signup are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if a child has provided information. External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy and will provide notice where required by law.
