These terms apply to the Caribbean Football Co. website and store, operated by Caribbean Football Co. (“CFC,” “we,” “us”). Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases from CFC are transactions with CFC. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or have appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate others or provide contact details without permission. Keep any account credentials secure.

Products, releases and availability

Product descriptions, availability, prices and release dates may change. Items labeled as concepts, previews or coming soon are not offers of immediately available stock. Final product details and any preorder conditions will be presented before purchase. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.

Joining an alert list or receiving private access does not reserve an item or guarantee availability or a purchase opportunity. A sold-out item may not return. Access codes are subject to the conditions stated for the relevant release.

Orders, payment and delivery

Before ordering, review the displayed product details, total price, currency, taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed costs. Payment must be made through available checkout methods. We may decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material listing error, subject to applicable law. If an accepted payment must be refunded following cancellation, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

Delivery options, estimates and charges will be shown in product, shipping or checkout information. Material preorder conditions will be disclosed before you order. Return and refund terms will be supplied in our published return policy before products are offered for purchase. Nothing here removes statutory cancellation, refund or warranty rights.

CFC email and SMS alerts

When you opt in, CFC may send recurring marketing messages about product drops, upcoming jerseys, private access and possible returns of sold-out items. Messages may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can browse without joining the alert list.

Message frequency varies according to releases and your interests. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available only where our messaging provider supports it.

Reply STOP to an SMS to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance or email klassick.barz@gmail.com. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned. You must control the number you provide and be authorized to receive messages on it.

Signup information and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. We may change or discontinue the alert program, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Content and third-party services

CFC’s original content, designs and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping. Other uses require the rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. External services may have their own terms; a link does not mean we control or endorse every part of that service.

Errors, interruptions and responsibility

We aim to keep store information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. We may correct errors and maintain or change the site. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or misuse of the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes our legal obligations for products we sell.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to existing orders. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
